We had a great experience at this hotel! the staff were friendly and the location was perfect. We loved the clean property and the big bathroom in our room. the room service was prompt and efficient. We also enjoyed the convenience of the AC in our room, although there was a small issue with it being turned off in the morning.
That the AC in our room was unexpectedly turned off from outside, which was a bit inconvenient.

Staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the property was kept clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to relax. the spacious bathroom was a welcome feature, providing ample space to freshen up and unwind after a long day of exploring.
One disappointment was the issue with the AC. Although I had paid for an AC room, it seemed that the hotel had turned off the AC at some point during the night without informing me. Waking up to a hot room was certainly not ideal.
